Rapid Production of mAbs and Bispecific Antibodies Using a Novel Synthetic Promoter and an MSX-free Process

This poster presents a streamlined, high‑titer expression approach that combines a novel synthetic promoter (LHP‑1) with an MSX‑free bulk‑pool workflow to accelerate the production of monoclonal and bispecific antibodies. By replacing the traditional mCMV promoter with LHP‑1 and introducing a modified GS expression vector, the platform delivers faster recovery, higher expression levels, and strong stability across 30 generations, even for difficult‑to‑express formats.
