Our global organization, strategy and history prepare us for a bright future
Now we have completed the divestment of our Specialty Ingredients business, we are focusing our energy and attention on our role as a pure-play strategic partner to the healthcare industry. We are now a single business operating in a single industry, and we have welcomed this opportunity to establish a clear and confident identity for our company.
At a Group level, we have established a company purpose to enable a healthier world. This is our reason for being. It is what motivates us to succeed and deliver for our customers and their patients, every single day. In fulfilling our purpose, we hope to achieve our Group vision to bring any therapy to life.
To achieve our purpose, we have defined five strategic priorities. These guide our business activities and practices, to ensure that we can capture and capitalize upon our unique points of differentiation.
Individually, each of these priorities allows us to stand out from the crowd as a preferred partner for our customers. Collectively, these priorities combine to define our strategy and support our long-term growth and success.
As well as focusing on these priorities, we must always remain agile to the changes in our industry and the wider world around us, both of which have an impact on how we do business. A combination of planned and adaptive strategic approaches are critical if we are to maintain our unique positon and continue to drive competitive advantage.
