Lonza is pleased to invite you to our Capital Markets Day 2026 in Vacaville, California, hosted by our CEO, Wolfgang Wienand, together with our CFO, Philippe Deecke, and the Head of Integrated Biologics, Gordon Bates.

Over the past two years, Lonza has undergone a profound transformation to the world-leading pure-play CDMO, executing its new One Lonza strategy and successfully rolling out a new target operating model to enhance focus, agility, and performance. At the Capital Markets Day, this transformation journey will be brought to life, highlighting how a concise strategic focus is translating into disciplined growth execution for long-term value creation, particularly within the business platform Integrated Biologics, alongside updates on strategic and operational priorities.

Chairman dinner – Strategic perspective on Lonza and its role in the healthcare ecosystem
CEO session – The One Lonza journey: From strategy to execution
CFO session – Financial discipline to drive shareholder value
Integrated Biologics deep-dive – Scaling capabilities and technology to lead in the biologics CDMO market
Leadership lunch – Exchange with senior site and global leadership in an interactive setting
Site visit – First-hand experience of a world-scale biologics manufacturing facility

Date: Wednesday, 14 October 2026, with a dinner hosted by Lonza’s Chairman, Jean-Marc Huët, the evening before.

Location: Lonza Vacaville, 1000 New Horizons Way, Vacaville, CA 95688. 

Timing: Presentations will begin at 09:00 PDT (18:00 CET) and will be followed by a Q&A. The morning program will end at 11:30 PDT (20:30 CET).

For on-site participants, we are pleased to offer lunch and a site tour of Lonza Vacaville in the afternoon. The site tour will take approximately two hours. For safety reasons it will not be possible to leave the site or tour during this time. The event will close at 15:00 PDT.
