Job Title: QC Analyst II-Chromatography
Location: Portsmouth, NH, (On-site)
As a QC Analyst II, Chromatography, you will play an important role in supporting the release of in-process and final product drug lots through analytical testing and quality control activities. Working within a GMP-regulated laboratory, you will perform chromatography-based assays, troubleshoot laboratory equipment, review data, and support customer stability studies. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on HPLC experience who enjoys problem-solving, continuous improvement, and maintaining high-quality standards

What you will do:
- Perform chromatography testing to support in-process, final product, and stability testing activities
- Execute analytical assays including Protein A, SEC, CEX, HIC, pH, conductivity, and reagent preparation
- Troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation, including HPLC systems, pH meters, conductivity meters, and pipettes
- Review analytical data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of results
- Train and mentor analysts on laboratory methods and procedures
- Support campaign readiness by ensuring reagents, materials, and equipment are available and maintained
- Review and update laboratory documentation, procedures, and quality records
- Initiate and support quality investigations, equipment tag-outs, and related quality system activities
- Participate in audit readiness activities and help maintain an inspection-ready laboratory environment
- Apply data integrity principles and GMP requirements in all aspects of laboratory work
What we are looking for:
- Associate’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related science field
- Limited experience in a laboratory or regulated environment preferred
- Basic understanding of laboratory with chromatography and HPLC systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work as part of a team
- Experience training or mentoring others is a plus
