This is a fully site‑based role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

What you will do:
Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks with extreme confidentiality.
Organize events, guest visits, and welcome visitors to the site.
Arrange complex travel plans, itineraries, reservations, presentation creation/review, agendas, and compile documents for meetings.
Assist with pre-, during, and post-meeting action item follow-up.
Coordinate and manage the schedules of SVP and other senior leaders, ensuring availability for collaboration with collaborators and meeting project deadlines.
Research, prioritize, and follow up on issues and concerns addressed to executives, determining appropriate actions or responses.
Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion under deadline pressures.
Support expense management and order supplies and materials as needed.
File and organize documents in electronic systems.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What we are looking for:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree, with 5+ years of Administrative Assistance experience.
Proficient with Microsoft 365, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, CoPilot and Concur Expenses.
Experience working independently with little to no supervision
Coordination of meetings, working lunch preparations, executive presentations and additional administrative tasks as needed.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly and with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse collaborator groups.
Proven ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently; gather and analyze information; develop solutions; use reason and judgment.
Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness, looks for ways to improve and promote quality, and applies feedback to improve performance.
Highly resourceful team player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, adaptable to competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.
Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to come in early for special events and occasionally stay later to wrap up.
