MSAT Manufacturing Scheduler
Location: On-site: Portsmouth, NH.
The MSAT Manufacturing Scheduler is responsible for proactively maintaining and continuously improving the pre-campaign schedule. Confirms the departmental schedules are accurate and communicated to all relevant departments to drive short term execution of plans. Ensure all schedules are built respecting existing labor and asset capacities and achievable based on planned material availabilities. Ensure timely resolution of any scheduling conflicts with relevant collaborators.

What you will do:
- Build, track, and maintain schedules independently, offering access to specified departments to drive immediate plan execution.
- Incorporate input from all relevant departments to ensure schedules are realistic within relevant constraints and latest information.
- Drive optimization of schedules by balancing demand priorities against optimal production sequencing and efficient resource utilization.
- Ensure all feedback regarding changes to existing plans is incorporated into schedules in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed planning and scheduling parameters in planning system to allow efficient use of system scheduling functionality.
- Build and deliver training to collaborators on scheduling system.
- Develop critical metrics and operational measures to assist in identifying trends or root causes of sub-optimal performance.
- Assist with the development of personnel within the department and ensure appropriate knowledge to successfully implement the schedule.
What we are looking for:
- High School Diploma (Bachelor’s Degree is preferred) or equivalent experience with 5+ years in scheduling/planning.
- Demonstrated ability to strictly follow schedules and determine standard methodologies in scheduling.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing sophisticated scheduling systems.
- Outstanding communication skills to work collaboratively across departments.
- Ambitious approach to drive continuous improvement within scheduling processes.
