As a Department Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient flow of materials that support the manufacture of life-changing products. Working closely with Warehouse, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams, you will lead daily operations, develop team capabilities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. What you will do

  • Lead daily warehouse operations and coordinate team activities to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient workflows.
  • Manage the receipt, inspection, storage, inventory control, and distribution of GMP materials.
  • Support sampling and dispensing activities while ensuring material availability for manufacturing and packaging operations.
  • Ensure accurate SAP transactions and maintain compliant warehouse documentation in accordance with GDP requirements.
  • Train, coach, and support the development of warehouse personnel, including Powered Industrial Truck (P.I.T.) qualification activities.
  • Support audit readiness, safety initiatives, pharmaceutical waste handling, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to meet operational objectives.

What we are looking for

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, GMP, or other regulated warehouse environments.
  • Experience using SAP or a similar inventory management or ERP system preferred.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics processes, and material handling best practices.
  • Working knowledge of cGMP requirements, SOP compliance, and audit readiness expectations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and operational excellence.
