We are seeking a Manager, Total Rewards & Performance Management to lead and govern the global Total Rewards framework for approximately 3,500 employees across the Capsules & Health Ingredients (CHI/Capsugel) business. Reporting to the Head Total Rewards, this role serves as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, driving compensation, performance management, incentive programs, benefits, mobility, payroll governance, and executive rewards.
This is a strategic and operational role that combines reward program design, governance, analytics, and execution to support business growth, talent attraction, retention, and pay-for-performance objectives in a global environment. The role will play a critical part in establishing and managing the annual Performance Management Cycle and ensuring the effective delivery of global Total Rewards initiatives following the business transition from Lonza.

What you will do
Influence, govern, and execute the global Total Rewards strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and talent priorities.
Lead annual compensation and reward processes, including salary reviews, benchmarking, pay equity analysis, and compensation support.
Manage global job evaluation, grading frameworks, and salary structure architecture to ensure consistency and market competitiveness.
Lead the annual Performance Management Cycle, including planning, communications, calibration, governance, and execution.
Administer global incentive and executive reward programs, including annual bonus and short-term incentive plans.
Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders while overseeing benefits, mobility, vendor partnerships, analytics, and reporting.
Drive continuous improvement, governance, compliance, and operational excellence across reward, performance, and HR delivery processes.
What we are looking for
Proven expertise in Total Rewards, including compensation, executive rewards, benefits, mobility, payroll governance, and performance management within multinational organizations.
Strong experience leading annual compensation and performance management cycles, including calibration, incentive administration, communications, and governance.
Deep understanding of job evaluation methodologies, grading frameworks, salary structures, and market benchmarking practices.
Demonstrated capability in HR analytics, workforce reporting, data-driven decision making, and translating insights into business recommendations.
Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage complex initiatives, multiple stakeholders, and competing priorities.
Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and HR teams globally.
Strong governance, compliance, and risk management mindset with experience developing and implementing policies and reward frameworks.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
