Program Manager
The actual location of this job is in Singapore
Managing complex projects requires a unique set of skills that are consolidated into the role of Program Manager (PM). This crucial position sits at the center of a triangle made up between Lonza, our Customers and their Patients. You will therefore be responsible for ensuring that relationships are built and that the project/program is delivered according to the expected quality, timelines and cost.
This is an office‑first role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and team alignment, enabling us to deliver our best work. You will work primarily in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for 20% of your time (one day per week).

What you will do:
·Be the interface between the Customer and Lonza to ensure execution and delivery according to Lonza and the Customer’s expectations.
·Understand the Customer’s needs and represent their interests by acting as their advocate on-site.
·Fully accountable for all operational aspects in leading and motivating cross-functional project teams to deliver on all scope objectives with the highest level of quality.
·Ensure Customer satisfaction throughout the life of the program through collaborative relationship management with AM/Sales.
·Ensure adherence to Global Program and Project Center of Excellence (PPMCoE) Standards, including maintenance of data integrity excellence in Planview.
What we are looking for:
- Degree in a Life Sciences related field or equivalent experience with commercial acumen or experience in project planning; PMP Certification highly desired.
- Experience working in FDA supervised biotech/pharma industry with tried experience in a project management capacity.
- Relevant business and customer interaction experience in a CDMO highly preferred, but not crucial.
- Knowledge base of clinical research strongly preferred, with experience of moving pharmaceutical products from clinical into commercial manufacturing environments an advantage.
- Statistical techniques and failure analysis, validation concepts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to be applied at high level.
- Excellent soft skills to build proven relationship within the global network, e.g. with customers, key accounts, and program management.
