Record to Report Senior Analyst

What you will do:
• Deliver accurate and timely month, quarter, and year-end close activities, including accruals, prepayments, provisions, and general ledger processes
• Lead and coordinate month-end close activities, identifying and driving process improvements and efficiencies
• Take ownership of assigned financial areas, reviewing balance sheet and P&L accounts and providing detailed variance analysis
• Prepare and reconcile balance sheet accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies within reporting timelines
• Support internal and external audits by ensuring proper documentation and providing required financial information
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and support broader R2R team activities and process flows
• Contribute to budgeting processes and monthly analytics to support business performance insights
What we are looking for:
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience demonstrating expertise)
•Proven experience (5+ years) managing full accounting cycles, ideally within a Shared Services environment
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and understanding of financial reporting processes
• Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP, and solid Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
• Ability to analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and implement effective solutions

• Professional certifications (e.g., CPI) preferred.
