As an Engineer or Scientist, you will work alongside talented colleagues across multiple disciplines to tackle key biomanufacturing challenges. What you will do
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot mammalian cell culture equipment and control systems
- Perform routine cell culture activities using sterile laboratory techniques
- Support automated laboratory workflows and process improvements
- Develop and execute assays to evaluate cell performance and product quality
- Generate accurate, reliable data to support process development activities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to plan and execute experiments
- Present findings clearly and help identify opportunities for continuous improvement
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or a related field
- Experience in cell culture, assay development, bioprocessing, or a similar scientific environment
- Ability to analyze data and apply basic statistical approaches to support decision-making
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Practical troubleshooting skills and experience maintaining laboratory equipment
- Experience with bioreactors, protein expression systems, or related technologies is beneficial
