Job Title:  Commercial Customer - Senior Manager

Location:  Colmar

The role:

We’re looking for a Senior Manager to lead the integrity, governance, and analytical execution of CHI’s commercial customer data and segmentation capabilities. In this role, you’ll own the customer data foundation across Salesforce, SAP, and reporting platforms, ensuring customer hierarchies, identifiers, and segmentation models are accurate, consistent, and trusted. You'll oversee segmentation refresh cycles, manage analytical data inputs, and ensure customer data is applied reliably across commercial systems.

Working closely with Go To Market (GTM) Strategy, Sales Operations, CRM, IT, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams, you’ll translate segmentation strategy into scalable data models, governance processes, and operational execution. As the bridge between commercial strategy and business systems, you'll ensure high-quality customer data enables effective reporting, account planning, and commercial decision-making while driving continuous improvements in data quality, automation, and governance.

This is an office‑first role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and team alignment, enabling us to deliver our best work. You will work primarily in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for 20% of your time (one day per week).

What you will get:

  • An agile career and dynamic working culture

  • An inclusive and ethical workplace

  • Compensation programs that recognize high performance

  • A variety of benefits dependant on role and location

The full‑time annual base pay for this position in Belgium is expected to range between €67,500 and €94,500. Initial salary placement within this range will be determined based on role‑related factors such as experience, qualifications, and expected contribution.

What you will do:

  • Own commercial customer master data across Salesforce, SAP, and reporting platforms, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.

  • Manage customer hierarchies, identifiers, and master data standards while resolving duplicates and cross-system data issues.

  • Build, maintain, and refresh customer segmentation models using GTM frameworks and validated internal and external data.

  • Validate segmentation outputs and document methodologies to ensure accuracy, transparency, and repeatable refresh processes.

  • Source, cleanse, and maintain analytical datasets that support customer segmentation, reporting, and commercial decision-making.

  • Apply approved customer segmentation across business systems, ensuring consistent tagging, governance, and downstream reporting reliability.

  • Enforce commercial data governance standards, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve data quality and compliance.

  • Drive continuous improvement through process automation, documentation, and enhancements that strengthen data quality and segmentation effectiveness.

What we are looking for:

  • Customer Master Data Management (MDM) and data governance expertise across CRM and ERP platforms.

  • Advanced data analysis, segmentation modelling, and data validation skills using large, complex datasets.

  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, SAP, Excel, SQL, and reporting/analytics tools.

  • Knowledge of data quality management, hierarchy design, and cross-system data integration.

  • Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to collaborate across Sales, CRM, IT, Analytics, and Operations.

  • Strong problem-solving, process improvement, and documentation skills with a focus on automation and governance.

  • High attention to detail, commercial acumen, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
