We are looking for an experienced Project Manager, QC to act as the analytical champion for customer projects and provide scientific leadership across Quality Control activities. In this role, you will serve as the primary customer contact for analytical topics, lead method implementation and transfer activities, and support the successful delivery of development and manufacturing projects.

What you will do
Act as the primary customer interface for analytical topics throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead method implementation, development, transfer, validation, and sample analysis activities across QC laboratories.
Plan project activities and ensure objectives for quality, cost, and timelines are achieved.
Estimate resources, project costs, and task durations while tracking key milestones.
Resolve analytical and QC-related issues during development and manufacturing activities.
Provide scientific expertise, data analysis, technical recommendations, and structured problem-solving support.
Represent QC in customer meetings, audits, and cross-functional initiatives while supporting team development.
What we are looking for
MSc or PhD in Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline.
Experience in pharmaceutical Quality Control, or equivalent expertise gained through a PhD program.
Strong knowledge of GMP requirements and regulated laboratory environments.
Proven program or project management experience.
Experience managing customer relationships and technical communications.
Strong analytical problem-solving and scientific decision-making skills.
Fluent English communication skills; German language skills are an advantage.
