This is a fully site‑based role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

What you will do:
- Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of Hard Capsule Machines (HCMs) to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
- Inspect, replace, and rebuild machine components while maintaining equipment to strict operational standards.
- Execute preventive maintenance activities, including bar changes, verifications, and quality checks.
- Analyze trends in machine performance and proactively address issues to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with maintenance leads, coordinators, and cross-functional teams to achieve production goals.
- Maintain compliance with cGMP, safety, and cleanliness standards within the manufacturing environment.
- Support departmental objectives by completing mechanical and basic electrical tasks, including breakdown and predictive maintenance.
What we are looking for:
- High School Diploma required; a 2-year technical degree is preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing maintenance, mechanical, or technical roles.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform mechanical repairs and basic electrical work.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Positive attitude with a professional and proactive approach to work.
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
