I chose Lonza because…
It has a reputation as an international CDMO. Furthermore, the incredible growth sustained in the last few years offers a huge variety of projects to work on. I believe those two aspects are quite important for people starting their career.

Since I started at Lonza, my career has progressed…
In the last six months I was able to gain more independence and confidence in managing and performing my tasks. This was mostly thanks to the good training and leadership from my line manager.

It’s special to work at Lonza because…
I believe every small action can have a high impact and make a difference. Despite working on a site with almost 4000 employees, it is easy to be heard and contribute.

My workis meaningful because…
It assures that quality requirements are met in a site evolving at a fast pace. It is crucial to both meet the deadlines of our clients as well as guarantee the quality of our services and products delivered.

What makes me feel good at the end of the working day is…
Even though projects take time, it is very encouraging to see when little milestones are reached and deadlines are met. Those little victories make me happy at the end of the day and remind me of the bigger picture.

The most exciting thing about working at Lonza is…
Every day I can learn something new, by interacting directly with my project team or other colleagues. There is just so much going on in Lonza at the moment that it is impossible to get bored! I also enjoy the diversity on the site, both at the professional background and cultural level.

What I most appreciate about my team is…
I greatly appreciate the difference in experience and background of the team members. I believe this diversity impacts the value of our discussions and the way we can help each other. Every team member brings his or her knowledge to our work.
