Lonza seeks a CoE Specialist for SAP Access Management . Join our team to support user access within SAP ECC! Your role as a CoE Specialist will be as part of a broader SAP Access Management CoE and involve managing user access and authorizations in Lonza’s SAP ECC system. Under the CoE Lead's mentorship, the incumbent will help ensure compliant, efficient access processes in SAP. Specifically, you will be responsible for resolving questions from business users while delivering a high standard of customer service and driving ongoing continuous improvement to Lonza’s authorization concept. Key responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd level support for SAP access-related incidents and service requests via ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).

  • Troubleshoot user access issues in SAP and contribute to GRC compliance

  • Support user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access modifications in compliance with the business teams, internal controls and in close collaboration with IT access management.

  • Support end-users and business collaborators with access-related questions, ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Help with role assignments, approvals, and risk analysis in SAP GRC Access Control.

  • Perform routine checks and monitoring of SAP access controls and segregation of duties.

  • Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and knowledge articles for recurring issues and workflows.

  • Advance complex or non-standard issues to the Senior Specialist or CoE Lead for resolution.

  • Collaborate with other IT and security teams to support cross-functional initiatives.

  • Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions to continuously improve skills.

Key requirements:

  • Basic understanding of SAP user administration, authorizations, or security concepts.

  • Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow).

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Proven ability to manage tickets and deliver high standards of customer care.

  • Ability to work strictly within compliance guidelines and successfully implement access management processes.

  • A collaborative approach to effectively collaborate with cross-functional and cross-divisional teams, including internal and external audit colleagues.
