Spray-dried dispersions(SDDs) are an important technology for enhancing the bioavailability of drug compounds with poor aqueous solubility. To design an effective oral SDD formulation, the key rate-determining step(s) for oral drug absorption must be understood. This paper shows the method used successfully to determine the rate-limiting steps for belinostat SDDs made with three different polymers. To learn more, please view our publication.
