Our level 1 course is performed at your location to introduce the Cocoon® Platform, gain wet-lab experience and maintenance guidance.
The level 2 course is held at either our Washington, DC or Kingston, ON, Canada facilities. The course covers in-depth coverage of Cocoon hardware and software, protocol design training and an extended wet-lab session tailored to your specific needs
Our full-service contract includes coverage for all instrument upkeep, maintenance and repair needs. Scheduled twice a year, maintenance visits are included to minimize instrument downtime and to ensure optimal system performance. Parts subject to wear and tear are replaced at no cost, and additional spare parts can be provided in case of an emergency repair.
You will also receive a routine maintenance schedule, minimizing downtime and ensuring peak performance; white glove service for priority emergency service; and software upgrades.
All service costs are part of the service contract pricing plan, to ensure there are no hidden charges. You can benefit from price freezing when purchasing multiple years of service at a time, locked in at the current rate. All parts, labor, travel and time are included.
