The Quality team accelerates the delivery of innovative and high quality therapies to our customers. Responsible for ensuring compliance with authority regulations and applying the emerging standards in an agile way, this team is trusted by our customers to deliver quality, every time. They are involved in all parts of the business, providing QA support on project and customer teams, quality oversight for manufacturing, assisting with customer audits, and acting as a vital link to our customers. Every day, the cell and gene therapies manufactured at Lonza have a positive impact on human life. For us, this is not only a great responsibility, but also a great privilege.
Quality Control
Working in close cooperation with the Quality Assurance groups to ensure customer methods are used for patient products, this department manages assays and equipment for the production, release, and distribution of cell and gene therapy products.
