Join Lonza AG’s Quality team in Visp, Switzerland as a Customer Sample Management Lead 80%-100% (m/f/d) and play a key role in coordinating the delivery of manufacturing samples for external testing and customer evaluation.

What you'll do:
Lead and coordinate the end-to-end process for manufacturing samples sent to external laboratories or customers.
Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for a key customer, managing expectations and ensuring smooth, professional communication.
Log and track samples in internal systems, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and traceability.
Collaborate with internal logistics teams to prepare, package, and dispatch samples in alignment with timelines and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with documentation, labeling, and regulatory requirements for all outgoing samples.
Drive continuous improvement in sample handling, tracking, and customer communication processes.
What we are looking for:
Completed education as Laborant, or a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
Proven experience in sample coordination, logistics, or quality control.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with high attention to detail.
Familiarity with sample tracking systems and documentation standards.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
English and German are required to ensure effective communication with internal teams and external partners.
