Lonza’s Capsules & Health Ingredients business is the trusted partner for innovative products, including capsules and health ingredients, customization services and end-to-end dosage form solutions for pharmaceutical and nutraceutical companies. 

Job title and introduction:

We are currently looking for a Customer Solution Specialist to join our Sales & Marketing team. This role is central to managing customer interactions, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, and supporting commercial goals through effective coordination across internal departments. The position plays a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end order handling from quotation to payment realization.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment, production tracking, and delivery
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution with full satisfaction.
  • Support new product development and manage export/import shipments, including LC terms.
  • Generate and share reports for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Work on SAP SD module for processing quotations and sales orders.
  • Plan shipments and coordinate with cross-functional teams locally and globally.
  • Maintain accurate records and correspondence.
  • Lead or support projects from initiation to completion with timely updates
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate degree (required); advanced degree preferred.
  • 3–4 years of experience in customer service or supply chain roles, preferably in B2B pharma.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • Strong skills in: Advanced Excel, SAP SD Module, PowerPoint and SFDC (Salesforce.com)
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with GMP compliance and international trade documentation
