What you’ll do:

  • Support and stand-in for Head of Supply Chain Excellence & transformation (a.k.a. SC Platform ADS) in various forums

  • Responsible for various regular SC/PM (weekly, monthly and yearly) tasks such as scenario freezing, revenue reporting review and support for annual target setting

  • Provide coordinated data analysis (Revenue tracking, SC performance) and support global S&OP preparation

  • Participate in local S&OP and interact directly with SC representatives and key collaborators at different ADS sites including PM and Finance

  • Support ADS sites globally in aspects of demand/supply topics and related reporting

  • Invent, elaborate on, and implement tools and techniques for data accuracy and data integrity. Promote core processes across technology platforms.

  • Elaborate and promote data visualization reports and improve existing reports (e.g., quantitative and qualitative data views)

  • Deep understanding of the data flows between IBP, SAP, BW, SFDC, Omni, Planview, etc. to troubleshoot or analyze

  • Accountable for ensuring data precision within the applicable systems

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Economics, or Science

  • Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in a similar position in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry

  • Supply Chain certification CPIM preferred as well as experience with the use of Microsoft Suites (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (excellent written and verbal communicator with the ability to articulate recommendations and key decision points to senior management)

  • Project Management experience and ability to work in cross-functional teams

  • Excellent proficiency in English; German and French are a plus
