Key responsibilities:

  • Exhibit highly effective, efficient, and attentive communication abilities while demonstrating patience, empathy, and understanding when engaging with both external and internal customers.

  • Understand and convey information about products, features, and production methods to partner with clients and interested parties, like PMs, to see how projects affect product availability.

  • Manage and complete multiple assignments within quick turnarounds with agility.

  • Build professional and productive meeting environments, ensuring impactful results and respect for attendees' time.

  • Incorporate all feedback regarding changes to existing plans into databases promptly.

  • Actively support the S&OP process by contributing inputs, analysis, and presentations as required.

  • Participate and contribute with inputs and support in annual long-range business planning discussions and meetings (BSR).

  • Develop important metrics and operational measurements to support business goals, including benchmarks like OTIF, backlog tracking, and adherence to key contracts and agreements.

  • Review and thoroughly understand documentation such as contracts, supply agreements, MSAs, purchase orders, production schedules, and quality documents as needed.

  • Monitor inventory levels and handle communication regarding raw materials and component inventory, ensuring follow-up on actions for expired or obsolete materials needing disposition.

  • Collaborate with Commercial and PM teams for regular reporting during meetings with external parties and assist in transitioning individuals from clinical phases to commercial business practices.

  • Adapt to changing roles from customer services to SAP master data as needed.

  • Ensure SOPs regarding the field are available, relevant, and up to date.

  • Become an expert in IBP and services for our customers.

  • Follow all specified Safety and Sustainability standards and guidelines, seeking clarification as necessary.

Key requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Supply Chain Engineering or related field.

  • 5 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Report identified Safety and Sustainability issues, problems, deficiencies, errors, incidents, and/or opportunities to management promptly and rectify where accurate.

  • Stop work when necessary to maintain safety.
