Job Description:
Examine machine components for wear/damage, identify items requiring addressing, replace/rebuild if needed, and take self-initiative to maintain equipment to standards.
Must take self-initiative to respond to trends in quality, machine performance, and equipment condition.
Must take self-initiative to learn existing and new equipment and must maintain training compliance.
Perform mechanical duties as directed.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
Perform daily PM’s, verifications, and quality checks as needed.
Conduct daily follow-ups on machine equipment previously rebuilt.
Conduct component rebuilds of repairable spares.
Must maintain cleanliness of work areas.
Must follow all safety and cGMP guidelines.
Must be able to interact and communicate with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
Must be able to work additional hours/days as business needs dictate (mandatory overtime).
Being present at the plant site is required.
Must be able to make good business and quality decisions.
Perform mechanical and very basic electrical duties needed to achieve department goals.
Follow work instructions to support/completed PM, PDM, and breakdown maintenance.
Perform other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma
Previous manufacturing maintenance, mechanical, or technical experience.
