This position plays a vital role in guaranteeing the smooth implementation of maintenance tasks, emphasizing compliance and data accuracy. Key Responsibilities:
Develop, oversee, and monitor work orders in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
Monitor the status, update progress, and close work orders following the prescribed protocols.
Maintain and update master data for equipment, assets, and functional locations within the CMMS to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and alignment with engineering standards.
Review incoming work notifications for completeness and accuracy. Convert approved notifications into work orders with accurate coding, priority, and scheduling requirements.
Coordinate and prioritize maintenance-related documentation, including SOPs, job plans, calibration records, and equipment manuals. Ensure all documents are accurately stored and controlled within the designated document management system.
Key requirements:
Associate Degree in Business or a related field.
3+ years of relevant experience.
