Lonza Tampa is seeking a Packaging Operator to support the implementation of new packaging and labeling processes. This role ensures our products meet the highest standards and positively impact lives worldwide.

This role requires availability for the 3:00pm – 11:30pm shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete manual packaging tasks by following batch record instructions.
• Operate and set up automated packaging equipment.
• Ensure accurate material movement and maintain chain of custody.
• Report issues to QA or supervisors to prevent deviations.
• Support equipment qualification with the Equipment Specialist.
• Stay current on SOPs and GMP documentation.
• Participate in safety meetings and uphold safety standards.

Key Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical GMP environment.
• Skilled in cleaning and sanitizing packaging rooms.
• Ability to build professional and respectful relationships.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance.
• Willingness to take on additional duties as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
