We’re looking for a dynamic and hands-on Program Lead to shape and drive improvement initiatives, align priorities with senior collaborators, and embed Lean methodologies across our organization. What you will do:

• Lead cross-functional improvement programs from vision to execution.
• Align priorities with EC representatives, Site Leadership Team Visp, and Operations Heads.
• Conduct detailed As-Is analysis and define clear scope, Business Case and implementation plan.
• Foster collaboration and involve key stakeholders and change agents across departments.
• Prepare and lead Steering Committee updates, advancing risks and bottlenecks proactively.
• Manage complexity and dependencies across local and global initiatives.
• Champion Lean tools and embed them into project methodology and ways of working.

What we are looking for:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of experience in Project/ Program Management in a multinational environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry.
• MBA and PMP certifications are an advantage.
• Experience in Lean Management preferred with Green Belt certificate
• Proficient in both English and German
