This role is based in Visp and will be instrumental in driving performance improvement across Drug Product operations. The position combines project management, operational excellence, and manufacturing expertise to lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and deliver high-priority, complex performance improvement projects across DP operations.

  • Drive the implementation of LBMS standards and tools, including 6S, Standard Work, VSM, and problem-solving.

  • Coordinate and support maturity assessments and improvement roadmaps for operational functions.

  • Act as SME and mentor for lean leadership and continuous improvement culture.

  • Facilitate workshops and provide methodology support for key cost-saving and performance initiatives.

  • Collaborate with asset teams and OE functions to identify improvement opportunities via end-to-end value chain diagnostics.

  • Support strategic projects.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven hands-on experience in cycle time, changeover, and downtime reduction.

  • Strong background in Operational Excellence and manufacturing processes.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead change and collaborate across functions.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred (IE, Science, Engineering or related fields)

  • Experience in Lean Six Sigma; pharma industry experience is a plus

  • Structured, focused, and well-organized working style.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills across all levels.

  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
