Senior Director, E2E Integrated Execution & Report Lead (Drug Product Growth Project)

Join Lonza AG in Switzerland as a Senior Director E2E Integrated Execution & Report Lead and be a part of our ambitious Growth Projects! In Stein, we are building a large-scale commercial fill and finish facility, and this role is critical to our success. Your contributions will be paramount in ensuring that our brand new projects are completed flawlessly and independently of our base business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain the Integrated Readiness Plan (IRP) for all End to End (E2E) project phases.

  • Collaborate closely with Workstream Leads (Capex, Front End Design, Operations, Global Engineering Delivery, Tech Transfer, etc.) to develop, consolidate, and manage the Integrated Schedule (IS).

  • Champion cross-platform collaboration to improve project planning and delivery. Deliver complex data visualization and reporting, clearly communicating intricate information.

  • Lead Schedule workshops, define key interface achievements, and ensure integration within the Capex schedule.

  • Conduct schedule risk assessments and develop contingency measures.

  • Monitor and update coordinated project plans, ensure logical sequencing, and address schedule deviations.

  • Proactively identify project risks and collaborate with the E2E Lead to mitigate them. Develop important metrics and reporting systems, and produce regular IS progress reports.

  • Facilitate project scheduling meetings, Risk Meetings, and interactive planning sessions.

  • Collaborate with collaborators to drive project timelines, quality, and cost objectives.

Key requirements:

  • 10+ years of proven experience in Program and Project Management and planning of large-scale life sciences Capex projects.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Outstanding analytical capabilities to process complex data sets and support decision-making.

  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

  • Skilled at prioritizing and completing tasks in dynamic environments.

  • Strong presentation, written, and oral communication skills.

  • Preferable experience with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project (though not essential).
