Key responsibilities:
Drive and standardize complex sales projects in North America in cooperation with the regional remote and field Sales Teams.
Support the sales of automation solutions like Pyrotec pro through the full sales cycle and beyond.
Implement global software rollouts and support validation studies for new methods like recombinant factor C.
Harmonize and standardize sales processes to improve customer experiences and shorten the sales cycle.
Build and perform comprehensive on-site customer training and deliver on-site support during validation and routine test start-ups.
Share market feedback and insights about needs, trends, and service optimization with internal management and key collaborators.
Coordinate support resources within Lonza to meet customer needs effectively.
Communicate the Bioscience portfolio and Lonza’s value proposition to customers, developing robust product knowledge and regulatory expertise.
Lead by example in cross-functional teams, crafting long-term value for peers and customers.
Train remote and field Sales Teams on complex sales processes to improve their skills and knowledge.
Document daily activities and information in the CRM database promptly.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Key requirements:
Required Degree: Bachelor of Science within Life Sciences. Preferred Master’s within the Fields of Study: Cell Biology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry.
Proven experience in driving and managing complex sales projects.
Outstanding ability to harmonize and standardize sales processes.
Strong expertise in automation solutions and global software rollouts.
Ability to deliver comprehensive on-site training and support.
Keen understanding of market needs, trends, and service optimization.
Excellent communication skills to convey Lonza’s value proposition effectively.
Leadership skills to drive cross-functional collaboration and team success.
Proficiency in CRM software for timely and accurate record-keeping.
The full-time base annual salary for this remote position is encouraged to fall within a range of $130,000 to $150,000.
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the location of the successful candidate, qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and job-related knowledge.
