Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate wood handling and chemical process equipment efficiently and safely.
  • Package finished goods strictly in accordance with all customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform basic maintenance and lubrication of production equipment to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of production data management.
  • Conduct routine in-process testing to determine and maintain product quality.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the work environment.
  • Work effectively on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule.
  • Perform tasks both indoors and outdoors, adapting to various working conditions.

Key Requirements:

  • High School Diploma is a minimum requirement; AS/BS is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Proven abilities in logic, decision-making, and critical thinking are necessary.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business priorities and actively seek feedback to improve performance.
  • A Boiler Operator License is preferred but not mandatory.
