Shift: 12X84 Night shift.
Hours 6PM to 7AM
Sunday night through Wednesday morning and every other Saturday night.
Responsible for the maintenance, repair, fault diagnosis and solving of manufacturing process equipment, support equipment, utility equipment and HVAC/R equipment and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Accurate completion of tasks and work orders with appropriate documentation according to standard operating procedures, applicable standards, guidelines, practices, and policies.
Safe operation of tools and shop equipment, and safe execution of work in the field.
Confined Space Entry in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
Ability to read and understand piping and instrumentation drawings.
Basic computer skills with the ability to use corporate intranet and applications. CMMS, and standard word processing and spreadsheet programs.
Interact and communicate appropriately with Manufacturing, Quality, Technology, and Engineering to ensure satisfactory performance of mechanical systems.
Represent Maintenance Operations on multidisciplinary project teams.
Key Requirements
High School Diploma
Experience working in a GMP regulated environment is required
Familiar with at least two trade disciplines and able to identify and use associated environment.
Knowledge of the job and a general knowledge of related functions.
Uses ability as a skilled specialist in accordance with company policies and procedures to complete complex assignments within defined parameters.

We use broad salary ranges that reflect the competitive market for similar jobs, provide sufficient opportunity for growth as you gain experience and expand responsibilities; while also allowing for differentiation on performance based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at the company between the lower and the middle part of the applicable range. We tailor our offers within the range based on job-related factors, including organizational needs, internal equity, market data, geographic area and the selected candidate’s experience, education, industry knowledge, location, technical and/or communication skills and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. This range is only inclusive of base salary, and base pay is just one component of Lonza’s total compensation package for employees.
