What you’ll do:
Execute, develop and establish analytical methods and technologies for Extractables / Leachables (EL) laboratory studies
Support other functions in Forensic Chemistry such as but not limited to trace analyses, mass spectrometry, protein characterization, excipient analyses and subvisible / visible particle analyses
Ensure accurate maintenance of equipment, follow lab and safety instructions and adhere to safety and health protection
Evaluate and implement new methods and technologies, as required
Participate in and contribute to innovation, technical strategy projects and scientific publications
What we’re looking for:
Experienced technical laboratory scientist
University degree or equivalent experience in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field
Proven work experience as research or technical assistant / laboratory scientist in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry with focus on analytics
Experience in trace analytical separation techniques (e.g. HPLC, HS-GC, GC) with various detection techniques (e.g. UV, (HR)-MS, MS/MS) required
Experience in reporting, interpretation and documentation of complex analytical data
Good communication and inter-personal skills with the ability to work independently and in a team
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
