Key responsibilities:
NIGHT SHIFT - 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Ensure strict compliance with all safety policies, rules, and regulations.
Maintain quality systems and cGMP compliance, ensuring team adherence to processes, procedures, and instructions.
Perform procedures according to written guidelines and identify deviations from accepted practices.
Operate effectively in a cleanroom environment, adhering to all required safety apparel protocols (scrubs, hairnet, shoe covers, hood, gown, mask, boots, and two pairs of gloves).
Motivate team members to build a positive work climate with continuous inter-departmental collaboration, mentoring, and performance feedback.
Clearly assign objectives, set, measure, and monitor progress while managing resources and competing priorities.
Establish clear directions, lead others, and bring out their best qualities successfully.
Key requirements:
Basic lab experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, or intermediate lab experience within a cGMP clinical production environment and a High School Diploma.
1+ years' experience in a lab or cleanroom, within a cGMP clinical production environment.
Demonstrated capability to align with safety and quality systems in a highly regulated environment.
Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and lead team members effectively.
Demonstrated ability to handle challenging priorities and meet strict deadlines.
