Core Technician - Viral Vector (Night Shift)

Key responsibilities:

  • NIGHT SHIFT - 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

  • Ensure strict compliance with all safety policies, rules, and regulations.

  • Maintain quality systems and cGMP compliance, ensuring team adherence to processes, procedures, and instructions.

  • Perform procedures according to written guidelines and identify deviations from accepted practices.

  • Operate effectively in a cleanroom environment, adhering to all required safety apparel protocols (scrubs, hairnet, shoe covers, hood, gown, mask, boots, and two pairs of gloves).

  • Motivate team members to build a positive work climate with continuous inter-departmental collaboration, mentoring, and performance feedback.

  • Clearly assign objectives, set, measure, and monitor progress while managing resources and competing priorities.

  • Establish clear directions, lead others, and bring out their best qualities successfully.

Key requirements:

  • Basic lab experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, or intermediate lab experience within a cGMP clinical production environment and a High School Diploma.

  • 1+ years' experience in a lab or cleanroom, within a cGMP clinical production environment.

  • Demonstrated capability to align with safety and quality systems in a highly regulated environment.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and lead team members effectively.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle challenging priorities and meet strict deadlines.
