Commercial Operations Support Specialist (1-year contract)

The Commercial Operations Specialist will be involved in streamlining the workflow, ensuring flawless execution of tasks, and supporting our daily operation process for customer and ensuring the logistic arrangement for the orders to APAC countries. What you will do:

  • Check and approve new customer account creation requests.
  • Check and approve new Material creation requests.
  • Build purchase information record workflow for new materials.
  • Build new supplier profiles.
  • Build financial reports when required.
  • Build BOM materials/ modify Batch/ Stock adjustments, etc.
  • Request mass-load of customer price files and supplier price lists for purchase info records for January each year.

What we’re looking for:

  • Diploma and/or NITEC holders with experience working in pharmaceutical industry / manufacturing fields.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in SAP.
  • Knowledge in Supply Chain management / Logistics will be advantageous, but not mandatory.
  • Talents with relevant internship experience are strongly encouraged to apply as well.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A self-starter.
