What you'll do:

  • Manage analytical protocols, including control printing, distribution, and accurate documentation to ensure compliance and easy accessibility.

  • Support sample management and distribution, ensuring samples are accurately tracked, logged, and delivered to the relevant departments.

  • Support the Quality Control (QC) team with administrative tasks to facilitate smooth laboratory operations.

  • Maintain accurate records and databases related to QC activities and protocols.

  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely communication and follow-up on QC-related matters.

  • Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and correspondence as needed.

  • Help coordinate and prioritize daily administrative duties to support the overall efficiency of the QC department.

What we're looking for:

  • Completed vocational training.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficient with standard office software and comfortable working with databases.

  • Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Good communication skills in German and English (spoken and written) are required.
