The actual location of this job is in Stein, Switzerland. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and their families, if needed. Since the job has a close link to manufacturing an on-site presence of 4 days a week is required. In this role you will be the key HR responsible to enable the biggest investment project on-site which translates in a dynamic day-to-day job that will cover hiring, talent development, organizational design and HR projects.

Key responsibilities:
Lead the HR agenda for one of our biggest site expansion projects.
Leading initiatives in organizational development, change management, and talent planning.
Supporting recruitment efforts, onboarding, and workforce planning to ensure we attract and retain top talent.
Driving employee engagement by encouraging a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
Work very closely with Site HR peer Heads and Site HR Business Partner for Stein and the overall Network.
