Customer Service Specialist

Timely handle customer requirements

Drives complaint handling process

Input all sales relevant information into system

Arrange customer visit and audit

Push and follow up payments by customers

Monitor stock level

Ensures on time delivery

Ensures contract coverage

Introduces CHI products

Maintain long term relationship with customers

Involves inter-company sourcing when required

Responsible for maintaining good EHS compliant working conditions, safe practices in your assigned job or area and ensure continuous compliance to company’s operating procedures, EHS Standards and local law requirements.

GMP Responsibility

Perform other duties as assigned

Bachelor's degree

Minimum 2 years working experience, in health care industry preferably, B2B environment is a plus

Ability to communicate and maintain relationships

Negotiation and listening skills is required

Good team player 

Willingness to learn, curiosity

Ability to solve problems

Strong in Admin & document control

Ability to represent Lonza brand

English CET-4

Basic computer skills
