We are looking for a Director of Strategic Marketing who will drive market-led business decisions, will craft platform strategy, and develops marketing plans to boost specific modality growth. This involves crafting value propositions, completing targeted campaigns, and facilitating new offerings. Success hinges on strong critical thinking, communication, ability to identify business opportunities, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities:
Market Strategy & Intelligence: Lead market-focused planning and incorporate market/ driven insights to influence business decisions.
Value Proposition Development: Create compelling, differentiated value propositions based on customer needs and competitive analysis, ensuring consistent, high-quality messaging.
Customer Segmentation & Targeting: Identify, segment, and prioritize target markets, and lead all aspects of the sales targeting process.
Offerings Development & Launch: Provide market input for R&D, facilitate the creation of new offerings, develop impactful launch plans, and support cross-modality solutions
Marketing Campaigns & Content: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies and targeted campaigns (online/offline) to generate demand and nurture communities, collaborating on content creation and optimization.
Sales Enablement: Train sales teams on value propositions and new offerings, providing crucial customer presentations and collateral.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key strategic marketing partner within business platforms, encouraging strong internal relationships.
Budget Management: Take accountability for and supervise the modality marketing budget.
Key requirements:
Proven track record to develop and implement market-led strategies, including market segmentation, competitive analysis, and go-to-market planning.
Proven experience in crafting compelling value propositions and translating them into clear, impactful messaging for various content and collateral.
Experience providing market input for R&D, facilitating the development of new offerings, and crafting successful launch plans
Skilled in developing and implementing targeted marketing campaigns, with an understanding of digital and traditional marketing mix to drive awareness and demand.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of optimally partnering with sales, R&D, operations, and other collaborators.
Strong understanding of business objectives, with the ability to manage marketing budgets effectively and demonstrate accountability.
