QC Specialist III- Raw Materials

Join Lonza as a QC Specialist III-Raw Materials and be part of a dedicated team achieving outstanding outcomes! Located in New Hampshire, this role involves coordinating raw material release accurately. This position will be Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm.
 

Job Responsibilities

As a QC Specialist III-Raw Materials, you will:

  • Support activities such as raw material sampling, testing decisions, sample distribution, and data management in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) including but not limited to testing template creation and corrections requested from review.

  • Prepare raw material packets that will be maintained through receipt to release and archiving.

  • Assume responsibility for ancillary documentation support including but not limited to Raw Material Qualification Reports and Laboratory Investigations.

  • Coordinate raw material testing externally, including the preparation of outsourcing paperwork.

  • Maintain a working knowledge of SAP to complete procedural objectives.

  • Apply Data Integrity principles in all aspects of work, in compliance with Lonza DI policies, guidelines, and procedures.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
     

Job Requirements

To successfully implement and thrive in this role, you must have:

  • 2-4 years of experience working in a regulated industry.

  • Awareness and experience with cGMP to support team activities.

  • knowledge of compendia (USP, EP, etc), computerized management systems, Microsoft Suite, and cGMP awareness

  • Strong project management skills to meet established timelines.

  • Ability to collaborate with Technical Transfer teams to get results.

  • Understanding of priorities and acting in a manner to support the business units.
