2. Provides solutions from the Lonza Biosciences upstream media portfolio, maintains account awareness and evolving market knowledge.
3. Driving business growth and business objectives achievement by continuously exploring sales oppotunties. Delivers on monthly and annual targets.
4. Manages the sales funnel from new opportunity generation through closing, update in CRM system on a daily and timely basis..
5. Coordinates support resources within Lonza to meet customer needs.
6. Collaborate cross-functionally within Lonza and with distributor partners to drive coordinated go-to-market strategies and maximize territory impact.
7. Organizes, plans, and schedules time to provide optimum and effective account and territory coverage.
8. Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders in customer and distributor organizations.
9. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to inform territory planning and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
1. Degree: Master’s degree.
2. Field of Study: Life Sciences(Cell Biology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry,Biopharmaceutics)
3. Minimum 2 years working experience.
4. English: Business Fluent
5. Knowledge: Product knowledge, Industry and market, Applications / workflows, Competition, Account / Customer, Tools and Resources
6. Skills: Value selling with expertized product knowledge, Core selling methods, Negotiation, Objection handling, New opportunity development, Account penetration and management, Cross-selling, Presentation skills
