Key responsibilities:
- Act as the Manufacturing Representative for Manufacturing Projects, ensuring successful implementation.
- Solve problems, investigate deviation events, and propose corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with other business areas.
- Participate in technical equipment and process training for operations staff.
- Support Plant Leads and MSAT with process mapping.
- Manage Facility and Fabric works.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, protocols, and reports.
- Support Customer meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Key requirements:
- Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Strong understanding of company policy, external legislation, and regulation impacts on working practices.
- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve causes of faults in plant, systems, and components.
- Excellent interpersonal and mentoring skills.
- Exercise autonomy and judgement within well-defined parameters.
