Key responsibilities:
Ensures accurate and timely HR advice and support for internal collaborators, maintaining HR procedure compliance.
Utilises data and information in Service Now and any other HR Systems to design and implement proactive support and communications to sites, such as LM Training, use of benefits, policy changes etc
Motivates and develops the team by applying attendance, performance, and career development tools and processes
Provides input to the formalized operational performance reviews with key Collaborators including producing statistical information and analysis of issues
Interacts and works closely with other HR Services teams and the wider HR Community to deliver best in practice services to the Business
Ensure Managers, Employees and HR community are adequately informed on changes, processes and developments to the function
Provides input and ideas to improve Advisory delivery and develop service offering, making the best use of our systems and capabilities. Assumes ownership for performance against HR Services objectives for areas of responsibility.
