As a Manufacturing Project Associate, you will be at the forefront of innovative manufacturing projects, contributing to world-class processes and systems. Key Responsibilities:
Drive and own improvement projects and Manufacturing CAPA’s and change controls, focusing on cost, innovation, timely delivery, and quality. Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring necessary funding, cross-functional collaboration, right-first-time execution, and providing essential training.
Act as the accountable Manufacturing assignee for non-Manufacturing owned projects, ensuring tasks are accurately prioritised and implemented. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery and successful execution of projects.
Act as the responsible Manufacturing change agent, reviewing and approving documents linked to projects, such as SOPs, batch records, and training materials. Use available tools to guarantee accuracy.
Work closely with Manufacturing management, Program Management, and Readiness and Improvement specialists to align on campaign timelines, ensuring timely delivery of individually owned projects.
Work with Manufacturing management and Subject Matter Experts to plan projects and ensure compliance, safety, and efficiency for successful execution.
Key Requirements
A.S. or B.S. degree preferred, with a focus in Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related STEM field.
2-3 years of experience in the Biotechnology or Pharmaceuticals manufacturing industry.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
Experience facing clients is a plus.
Knowledge of analytical instruments used in Life Science manufacturing operations is a plus. Prior experience or knowledge related to calibration and validation of equipment is a plus.
Excellent written (especially technical writing) and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead team meetings and small team trainings.
Outstanding planning, time management, and coordination skills, with the ability to adapt to changes in priorities and project schedules.
Outstanding attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and prioritize tasks effectively.
