The Lead Core Technician - Day Shift at Lonza AG is an outstanding opportunity to be part of a world-class team in Houston, TX, USA. You will play a pivotal role in our manufacturing process, ensuring our ambitious goals are met flawlessly!
Key responsibilities:
Complete USP/DSP activities in the clean room with precision.
Ensure critical supplies are stocked and readily available for production.
Complete and review batch records and production documents meticulously.
Train and mentor team members on complex operations, providing mentorship on technical aspects.
Ensure the team strictly adheres to safety and cGMP regulations.
Plan daily activities in the clean room and provide first-line problem-solving.
Advance problems to supervisor/management and engage with collaborators (Deviation Investigation Team, QA, MSAT, FE, etc.) as needed.
Contribute to MFG and OE projects to optimize and streamline processes.
Collaborate with the supervisor to interact with customers during clean room operations.
Write and revise SOPs as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Key requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
4+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Develop insights to improve customer happiness.
Identify and resolve or bring up conflicts between company and customer interests.
Manage internal and external customer relations professionally.
Achieve and consistently meet critical metrics and challenging goals for yourself and your team.
Help peers overcome performance obstacles.
Secure agreement from key team members.
Ensure delivery excellence for your goals and those of your team.
Regularly solicit, assess, and address feedback.
Develop budgets and resource plans effectively.
Appropriately prioritize multiple demands and lead defined work to successful conclusions on time.
