Key responsibilities:
Manages and mentor a team of Batch Record Reviewer
Plans and coordinates all BRR related tasks within the team
Supports BRR functions and is responsible for the review of operational manufacturing protocols
Timely, independent review of paper-based and electronic production protocols
Leading regular meetings and participation in cross-departmental meetings
Training of employees in regard of BRR & representation of BRR in audits / inspections
Key requirements:
Master's degree in Biotechnology, chemistry or engineering or adequate experience in pharmaceutical production (and comparable fields)
Several years of experience in BRR in pharma or biotech, experience in a GMP environment
Good knowledge of SAP (MM, PP-PI), MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint) and MES
Good communication and presentation skills
Strong Teammate and able to work across cross-functional teams
