Join Lonza AG as Team Lead for our Supply Chain Support & Inventory Management! This role is an outstanding opportunity to impact our Drug Product Services (DPS) network across 3 different sites in Switzerland, ensuring flawless operation and high-quality data management!

Key responsibilities:
Lead a small team of ERP/Master Data Specialists, ensuring high data quality for raw material and manufacturing master data at all DPS sites.
Drive the inventory management for the DPS network. Define and manage actions impacting inventory in close collaboration with material and supply planners.
Prepare and present inventory reports and projections, guiding Operational Buyers for Raw Materials in collaboration with the global procurement organization. Develop proactive strategies to anticipate and mitigate issues and risks within the team.
Own management tools like action trackers and detailed analysis on inventory deviations and gaps to target, governing inventory management across all value. Maintain inventory targets by categories and manage inventory of new and phase-out parts, facilitating excess inventory reduction.
Manage and raise risks related to inventory and supply of materials, ensuring alignment with Supply Chain Head. Monitor and manage inventory performance, regularly reviewing operative stock and replenishment parameters.
Collaborate with various stakeholders and functions to ensure the supply plan reflects a shared perspective on future supply plans and actions.
Key requirements:
BSc in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience; APICS certification required.
Strong background in Supply Chain, with proven experience in inventory management. First leadership experience is a plus.
Experience with SAP R3 is a must
Experience in the pharma (GMP controlled) industry is a plus
Experience in using data analysis tools is a strong plus
Proficient in both German and English.
