Finance Manager of O2C and Treasury for CN/AU/NZ


Key Accountabilities
-       This position plays a critical role in optimizing cash flow, ensuring timely collections, managing customer credit risk, and supporting treasury functions to drive working capital efficiency.
-       Provide the financial shared service to the entities/business in China, Australia and New Zealand covering the areas of Order to Cash and Treasury Operations of the legal entity as outlined in the Service Agreements.
-       Partner with global and regional finance and shared service teams to ensure standardization and process alignment. Facilitate implementation of automation tools when required.
-       Support audits and ensure documentation and controls are in place for all O2C and treasury-related activities, including meet ICS requirements

Order to Cash
-       Lead the team based in Guangzhou and Suzhou to provide the financial shared service to the entities in CN/AU/NZ. 
-       Provide the end to end support for O2C process. 
-       Manage credit risk assessments and customer credit limits, in partnership with commercial teams.
-       Resolve escalated customer disputes, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution.
-       Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Service, Legal) to resolve payment issues and improve process efficiency.
-       Monitor the process performance via Dashboard to ensure the pre-defined KPIs are met

Treasury
-       Manage the domestic and the cross-board cash pool. 
-    Coordinate with Corporate Treasury for the short to long term cash planning and the arrangement of the banks
-    The key point of contact with SAFE to ensure the FX policy are updated and introduced into the operating process to meet the compliance requirements
-    The internal control owner in the area of O2C and Treasury per ICS definition. Jointly own the ICS KPIs.

Insurance
-    Work with the insurance broker appointed by Corporate to arrange the property and liability insurance program to the entities. 
-    Coordinate with Business and Operation stakeholder for the damage reporting, filing and claiming to minimize the financial loss.

Other 
-    Support the implementation of the new system or the system upgrading based on Corporate plan
-    Support the business merge or divestment upon request. 

Qualifications 

-    Bachelor’s degree or above, Finance / Accounting.
-    Minimum 5 years working experience, experience worked in Big 4 is the plus.
-    National accounting association.
-    A proven leader on the end to end financial process. 
-    Ability to influence without authority, and drive stakeholders to a common result and deadline 
-    Proactive, hands-on with strong internal controls ethics and mindset. 
-    Ability to structure presentations and written communication with clear, understandable content. 
-    SAP and High Radius working knowledge is preferred  
-    Analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret data, identify improvements or remediation and present findings to internal and external stakeholders. 
-    High level of operational awareness across finance transactional processes.
