The intern will assist the human resources team with various tasks like engagement, communications, and project management. This opportunity is ideal for students pursing degrees in human resources, communications, or business-related fields. The position requires you to report to the site location in Greenwood, SC.
Key Responsibilities: The Greenwood human resources team is revamping its orientation and onboarding, enhancing its internal communications, and optimizing resources to fully engage each of our colleagues to better service our customers. These processes involve process mapping, gap analysis, and project management to insure we have the best process available. Individuals in this role will manage high confidential material on a regular basis.
Required Skills:
- Rising junior or senior or graduate student at an accredited college or university. Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of human resources principles.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
