Are you looking to lead groundbreaking change on a global scale? As the Global Change and Adoption Lead “Workforce Lifecycle” at Lonza, you will be at the forefront of our ambitious HR initiatives. The main focus of this role is to craft and drive the adoption of our HR offering (practices, processes, and apps) along the entire lifecycle across all regions. You collaborate with diverse teams within and beyond HR to implement our ambitious programs that improve employee experiences and deliver outstanding results.

Key responsibilities:

  • Advance a global change and adoption strategy for the Workforce Lifecycle across all Lonza locations.

  • Advance and embed an Adoption Framework, setting up a dedicated Change & Adoption capability.

  • Lead and direct activities to ensure the successful delivery of key HR programs and projects related to the Workforce Lifecycle.

  • Provide expert advice on the change impact of proposed practices, processes, and solutions, using quantitative and qualitative methods to develop strategies and address gaps, risks, and issues.

  • Clearly communicate the case for change and value proposition with actionable and targeted organizational change and communication tools.

  • Continue and help to advance a comprehensive communication approach for HR along the workforce lifecycle.

  • Ensure HR change frameworks are applied and adopted across Lonza by leading Change & Adoption on key HR projects.

  • Work with project managers to develop strategies for monitoring, evaluating, reporting, and improving change-related aspects of programs/projects, focusing on risks and contingency management.

  • Apply structured methodologies and lead organizational change activities to support project or initiative adoption.

  • Support communication efforts, including the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications.

  • Perform impact assessments, evaluate readiness for change, and recognize key collaborators.

Key requirements:

  • Proven experience in supporting and leading change for organizations globally, in a pragmatic, tangible and outcome oriented way

  • Understanding of user experience trends, concepts, methodologies, and tools.

  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, able to clearly articulate messages to diverse audiences.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with collaborators.

  • Demonstrable ability to balance multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines while maintaining focus in a vibrant environment.

  • Solid understanding of change processes and how people go through change.

  • Experience with organizational change principles, methodologies, and tools.

  • Excellent active listening skills and the ability to influence others toward a common vision or goal.

  • Forward-looking with a broad approach to problem-solving.

  • Ability to work effectively at all levels of an organization.

  • Strong business insight and ability to grasp organizational issues and challenges.

  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
